Chelsea Building Products, Inc. is a leading designer and extruder of rigid vinyl and cellular foam extrusions for window and patio door systems and other building products. In the past five years, Chelsea has introduced nine new window systems for both the remodeling and new construction markets. Chelsea Building Products, Inc. certifies its vinyl lineal profiles through AAMA (American Architectural Manufactures Association). The certification program has become part of our in-house Quality Assurance program. In fact, our Quality Assurance lab, located at Chelsea’s Oakmont facility, is an AAMA certified lab. Quality is part of the Chelsea culture, and our stringent QA program backed by continuous operator training ensures that customers receive profiles that meet all industry standards and results in a high-quality, high-performance finished product.

Chelsea’s Design and Engineering Department has a team of experienced professionals with a combined total of 130 years of experience, (four Chelsea technical specialist each have over 20-years with the company). Using a combination of multiple CAD design stations, the latest CAD software, product rendering software and rapid prototype machinery, Chelsea engineers have developed a series of innovative window systems stretching from narrow frame window designs to platform programs and full width (4-9/16") window systems.
