Chelsea’s design team and extrusion engineers have worked with a number of large companies to successfully design and develop custom shapes for their markets. Our tooling engineers and tooling development center have converted these designs into custom extruded vinyl profiles that can be economically extruded to tight specifications and tolerances. In addition to its 30 plus years of designing and extruding PVC lineal profiles, Chelsea has adapted this technology to modern twin screw and dual strand extrusion lines to produce one of the highest quality lineal profiles in the world.
