Chelsea’s Design and Engineering Department has a team of experienced professionals with a combined total of 130 years of experience, (four Chelsea technical specialist each have over 20-years with the company). Using a combination of multiple CAD design stations, the latest CAD software, product rendering software and rapid prototype machinery, Chelsea engineers have developed a series of innovative window systems stretching from narrow frame window designs to platform programs and full width (4-9/16”) window systems.

Chelsea is a full-service window profile extruder, and offers one of the finest and most complete window support programs in the country. Chelsea’s team of professionals can provide all the assistance necessary to help you plan, prepare and start the fabrication of vinyl window systems. Our Technical Service Department will help with plant layouts, selection and set up of the proper fabrication tooling and equipment, selection of the proper fixturing, start-up assistance and personnel training, plant and manufacturing consultation, an on-going technical support. Our Marketing Department will develop advertising, literature and promotional materials for your program, and assist with your website. Our Sales team will help you with open houses, customer training and sales calls.
