We believe that people are the biggest reason for an organization's success. Chelsea offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits program which includes:

Medical Insurance - Provides coverage for you and your dependents. Company and employee share the cost of the insurance.

Dental Insurance - Provides coverage for you and your dependents. Company and employee share the cost of the insurance. Medical and Dental Premium Pass Through. Elect to pay premiums on a pre-tax basis.

Retirement Savings /401K Plan. Allows for savings for retirement to be made on a pre-tax basis. You decide how your money is invested between several investment options. Company matches $.50 on the $1, up to 4%. Medical and Dental Premium Pass Through. Elect to pay premiums on a pre-tax basis.

Tuition Reimbursement. 100% paid for approved courses. Must maintain a “C” average; “B” average for post-graduate level instruction.

Sick Leave/Short Term Disability (Company paid). Salary continuance for non-work related illness/injury.

Long Term Disability (Employee paid) 60% of base pay after waiting period.

Basic Life Insurance (Company paid). Death benefit of up to two times your base salary. Medical and Dental Premium Pass Through. Elect to pay premiums on a pre-tax basis.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (Company paid). Death benefit of up to two times your base salary. Benefit amounts vary for dismemberment.

Supplemental Life Insurance (Employee paid). Death benefit equal to your base salary.

Dependent Care Reimbursement Account. Set aside a portion of your gross pay (max. $5000/year) to pay for eligible dependent expenses.

Medical and Dental Premium Pass Through. Elect to pay premiums on a pre-tax basis.

Medical/Dental Reimbursement Account. Set aside a portion of your gross pay (max. $3500/year) to pay for medical, dental and certain other expenses and those of your dependents that are not covered by insurance plans.

Holidays. Ten paid per calendar year.

Vacation. Our vacation year is January 1 - December 31 and our minimum vacation program is as follows:

1 year Prorated
1- 4 years 2 weeks
5 - 11 years 3 weeks
12 - 19 years 4 weeks
20 years plus 5 weeks
